At FutureFlow Financial Advice, we work with medical professionals, business owners and high-income earners on the Sunshine Coast who are done leaving money on the table. People who are serious about building real wealth, applying smart tax strategy, and retiring completely on their terms.

Founded by Juan Solis, a Sunshine Coast financial advisor who refuses to play by the broken rules of the financial advice industry. FutureFlow Financial Advice was born from a simple belief: high-income professionals deserve better than generic, product-driven advice that serves the advisor more than the client.

The story behind FutureFlow.

My career in finance started in Paraguay in 2004, where I worked as a credit officer at one of the country’s largest credit unions. In 2006, I left for the United States to explore, work, and continue learning. In 2009, I chose to call Australia home — for good.

When I arrived, I worked long shifts in hospitality to put myself through university — earning my qualifications the hard way while learning what it really means to serve people well. Those years shaped how I work today: with discipline, gratitude, and genuine respect for what every dollar represents.

Years later, I’ve built FutureFlow Financial Advice from the ground up. I bring two decades of cross-cultural financial experience — and the perspective of someone who has worked hard for everything earned.

Juan holds an MBA in Financial Management (with Distinction), a Master of Professional Accounting, a Bachelor of Business, and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning — a rare combination of qualifications across financial planning, accounting and business strategy that simply translates into better outcomes for clients.

For financial advice — covering super, investment, retirement, and tax strategy — we operate on a flat-fee or asset-based model with no product commissions.

For personal insurance recommendations (life, TPD, income protection, and trauma cover), we may receive a commission from the insurer as part of standard industry practice. Any such commission is always fully disclosed and agreed with you upfront before we proceed.

Every recommendation is based on what’s right for your situation — never on what pays us best. You’ll always know what you’re paying for, and why.
